Our Solution: Over the course of our appointment, three vent plates had to be unscrewed for cleaning and scraping. Once they and their duct apertures were all spotless on all sides and from every angle, our last task was to screw them back in with some fresh screws.

Our Solution: We carefully inspected the system for air leaks, gaps, cracks, and holes. We then proceeded to seal the exposed areas with a mastic sealant and coating. The results included improved HVAC energy efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Our Solution: After removing the duct tape, we applied mastic sealant to all air leaks, including the ones that had not been identified by the home-owner. Upon completion of our work, our test confirmed that all leaks were sealed effectively.

Our Solution: After loosening the accumulated lint with our specially-designed brush, we vacuumed the dryer vent removing all traces of the buildup. The final step included replacing the louvre vent cap and adjusting it accurately to prevent future accumulation of debris.

Our Solution: After our test revealed the type of mold, we used special equipment and solution to clean it, along with the accumulated dust and debris inside the air ducts. To prevent future mold growth, we set up an advanced UV cleanser in place.
